No Refund Policy – All payments made for registration are final and non-refundable. Once your child is registered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, or no-shows.
Transfer of Registration – If your child is unable to attend, you may request to transfer the registration to another eligible participant within the same age group (8–18 years old) with prior written notice at least 48 hours before the class.
Participation – Participants are expected to arrive on time and engage respectfully throughout the class. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the session without a refund.
Media Release – By registering, you grant permission for photos and/or videos taken during the class to be used for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the class.
Acknowledgment – Completion of this registration form serves as acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
